This technology and its results have been approved by an overwhelming majority of scientists in medical and scientific publications.
Ionization consists in enriching the water with copper (CU++) and/or silver (Ag+) ions positively charged, which will link with the negatively charged cells of the bacteriologic organisms such as the Legionella bacteria. This link results in the total destruction of the cell. The production of ions is made by electrolysis. (ionizer) The measuring out that is necessary to destroy the Legionella bacteria is of 0.1mg/l of Cu++ to render the Legionella Pneumophila harmless in 2.5 hours and of 0.2-0.8 mg/l to obtain the same result in only 1.5 hours.
